Paying online

Ready-to-ship items can be paid for directly at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; your card details are never stored on our website.

All prices are shown in euros and are charged at checkout.

Orders via WhatsApp, sourcing and bespoke requests

Many of our clients prefer to arrange their purchase with us directly on WhatsApp. For those orders, as well as personal sourcing and custom orders, we send you a pro forma invoice and the following payment methods are available:

• Bank transfer (details provided on invoice)
• Cryptocurrency payments (where applicable)
• Other methods as agreed on a case-by-case basis

A deposit may be required before sourcing commences. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection. Payment terms are specified on each pro forma invoice.

What is included in the price

Fees may include, where applicable: the product purchase price, sourcing fees, shipping and handling, insurance (if selected by you), customs duties, taxes and clearance charges, and special-date or hand-delivery surcharges. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm your order.
