    How do I place an order?

    Our online SHOP is a convenient way to browse through all of our beautiful items which are available immediately for purchasing. If you do not see the item available which you are looking for, click on the ‘Chat to a personal shopper’ icon to send us details of the item so that it can be specially sourced.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    The majority of our clients like to pay using Paypal or by sending a BACS (wire) transfer, as this method of payment enables our clients to access a 5% discount off the advertised price when shopping. On our online SHOP we accept most major credit cards and payment method, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.     Can I change or cancel my order?

    Changes and cancellations to orders are only accepted if your order has not yet been processed. Please get in touch with us via the ‘Chat to a personal shopper’ icon if you have any questions.

    What are your shipping options and costs?

    We offer express shipping options via DHL every time you shop with us. Shipping is not included in the item price but calculated as part of the ‘checkout’ process once you have entered your address details.     How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Estimated time is calculated from the moment the order is placed and funds are cleared in our account. The time it takes to receive your order will depend on the shipping address. Rest assured that we always use express shipping via DHL. Once you have placed your order with us, we will be in touch with you via DHL to confirm the estimated delivery date and to provide you with shipping tracking details. Please note that shipping times are occasionally subject to factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

    How can I track my order?

    Due to the delicate and valuable nature of the items we sell to our clients, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Sourced items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty. We guarantee the authenticity of all items we sell.

    What should I do if I forget my password?
