TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the products we sell are BNIB and come with the full set and its original receipt and cites if applicable, except those stated otherwise.

Deposits and reservations

A deposit will be required as a down payment to reserve an item. The item will only be guaranteed to be taken off the market after receiving the deposit or full payment.
Once a deposit is paid, it cannot be used for another product.
Please note, if the client decides not to proceed with the initial item or cancels the deal, the deposit will be non-refundable. An item cannot be guaranteed for reservation without a deposit.

Payments

While our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, we also accept other payment methods such as USDT (Trc20) cryptocurrency payments or credit card payments.

Credit card payments must be notified at the time of transaction confirmation. Additional charges may apply. If the customer does not notify us of their intent to pay by credit card, the order will not be shipped until we receive the full payment plus the additional charge.

Although we accept payments in multiple currencies with a very competitive additional charge, our preferred currency for receiving payments is pound or euro.
Please note, payments in EUR, USD, and GBP do not incur additional fees.

Refund/Exchanges

All items are non-refundable unless damaged.
Exchanges are at the choice of Vendôme Privée due to circumstance.
Damage on shipping delivery is not claimable.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products we sell.

Shipping and Hand-Delivery

Our customers can choose between different delivery options.

Shipping is not included in the shown prices. Our preferred delivery courier is DHL Express.
Shipping may take from 1-5 working days (depending on location).
All orders are placed the day after payment is received.
UK and EU shipping with Same-Day dispatch and Next-Day delivery service are available upon request.
Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Estimated time is calculated from the moment the order is placed and funds are cleared in our account.

Please be aware that couriers may experience extended delivery times in certain remote areas such as highlands or islands, or if your order necessitates additional security clearance at customs.

Hand delivery service is available upon inquiry. Prices may vary per destination and type of bag.
Prices listed below apply to regular bags. For exotic, additional charge may be applied + £500,00.

Europe (all countries), Istanbul (Turkey) – £600,00
Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha – £1.000,00
New York, Miami and Los Angeles – £1.500,00
Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong – £1.500,00

If you want us to hand deliver your order to other countries, please make an individual request. (Additional fees may apply upon destination).

Customs responsibility

If client decide not to insure the package or not to declare the true value of the item at the time of shipping, Vendôme Privée does not hold any responsibility if the item is seized, lost or stolen by the courier. Customs clearance or additional fees are client’s responsibility.
